1. The consumption lounge is in a separate building (carriage house)
2. We have an active ventilation system that moves fresh air in and exhausts out using a carbon filter to control odor in the neighborhood. We also have passive and other active air ventilation in each smoking area. The lounge meets international standards for a smoked filled room. 

The lounge will be open to guests at the hotel and their guests as well as to annual members and their guests. There will also be scheduled and special events.

The 420 Denver does not sell cannabis, but you can bring your own (BYOC). We serve food and beverages that complement cannabis products and the cannabis consumption experience and will also offer accessories to be used on site.

The Patterson Inn has the 12 Spirits Tavern which is open to the public and also accessible to hotel guests and their guests. But no alcohol will be served or sold in the licensed cannabis hospitality lounge. And no cannabis products can be consumed outside of the lounge on the hotel property.

The Cannabis Carriage House Lounge is a sophisticated legal consumption space that's meant to be private and exclusive. 

Food is available from the adjacent Patterson Inn. With a menu meant to compliment your experience with a focus on terpenes, each dish can be tailored to your taste and to your strain. 

The lounge will be available to rent for special events by annual members as an exclusive member benefit.

Even though our staff is not in a position to and cannot give medical advice, proven recognized food and beverage options, which are known to mitigate or neutralize the effects of cannabis consumption will be available. But the best strategy to protect consumers from overindulgence is transparent and open communication before consumption. Industry norm is to recommend starting low and going slow.

By law, cannabis consumption will only be allowed in the designated licensed cannabis consumption areas with proper ventilation. Therefore, the Carriage House Lounge is the only legal area to consume cannabis on the property.
